JOB DESCRIPTION
Ø Firmware design and development for various Microcontroller/Microprocessor based platforms
Ø OS-less or RTOS based firmware –code development, testing and documenting the code for various microcontroller based environments.
Ø C language based & Assembly level development including the appropriate IDE tools used to edit, compile/assemble and debug the code in an embedded environment
Ø Work with various communication and networking protocols
Ø Work with analog and digital hardware environments,
Ø Firmware Integration and testing with hardware development boards or product prototypes, contribute to hardware bring-up and testing with help from hardware team
Ø Perform peer code reviews and participate in design review meetings
Ø Work both individually and as part of a team.
Ø Responsible to manage multiple concurrent projects involving a variety of resources with defined deadlines/schedules
Ø Responsible for Task tracking and Quality assurance for Deliverables
Ø Support standardization with reference to Engineering Specifications and contribute in improving the quality level of existing standards
KEY SKILLS
Ø Working experience of C or similar programming languages.
Ø Working experience on various embedded platforms such as ARM, TI, Microchip, STMicro etc.
Ø Sound knowledge of Digital / Analog systems.
Ø Capable of handling stress and ability to manage engineering projects and tasks in a fast-growing organization; practiced at handling multiple priorities.
