·         Strong Accounting knowledge
·         Prior experience of Europe transition with transformation and standardization. 
·         Strong delivery skills especially with complex engagements.
·         Excellent knowledge of R2R (GA) –
o   Journal Entry
o   Intercompany accounting
o   Fixed Asset Accounting
o   Cash Management and Banking,
o   Balance Sheet Reconciliation and Analysis,
o   Month end close activities and Financial Reporting etc.
o   Statutory Filing in Europe
·         Prior experience of managing a process of 10-15 resources in the area of General Accounting.
·         Process Documentation and Process Map experience
·         Experience in SLA monitoring and reporting
·         Strong leadership and motivational skills and experience in managing staff.
·         Flexible about work content, timings and location.
·         Strong Analytical skills and knack for reporting to be able to ensure daily production reporting and analysis.
·         Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skill
 
Assistant Manager – GL:
