Read through below to discover more opportunities to refer a friend, relative or an acquaintance.   Designation: Team Member Requisition : GGN05270 Location: Gurgaon Process Description: Workforce Management On a daily basis, a WFM employee supports the S&O and non-S&O lines of business by executing transactional and analytical workload in a shared, virtual environment.  The transactional support team ensures timely and accurate updating of Workforce systems to reflect real-time staffing levels. LOB managers interact with the WFM team via phone, text chat and employees interact via agent web station. Employees contact with the WFM team is limited to the phone channel / e-mail channel for purposes of reporting unplanned absences.   Requirements: ·         excellent communication skills ·         willingness to work in night shifts ·         typing speed of 20 words per minute with 90% accuracy   Qualification – Graduate in any stream (except B.E/B.Tech/MCA/MBA)   Experience –  0 to 18 months of experience.
