Job Description
The Salesforce.com developer / administrator will work on client projects to develop Salesforce.com and force.com applications and ensure that MSC continues to deliver innovative, high quality solutions to Sales and Service cloud users within Salesforce.com. Ideal candidate will have strong enterprise business application administration and systems integration experience.
 
Profile and Job Responsibility
·         Proven ability to independently perform development, testing, implementation, documentation and updating as it relates to the SalesForce.com software and system administration
·         Manage Salesforce.com CRM application. Responsible for maintaining the functional areas of data management/data de-duplication, forecasting, deal registration, contacts, leads, campaigns, opportunities, quotes, dashboards and reports, Salesforce Content, etc.
·         Provide global day-to-day end-user support (including system configuration, complex formulas and system maintenance) and assist users with proactive best practices to enhance and increase their knowledge of Salesforce.com.
·         Implement new enhancements including creation of custom objects, workflows, email alerts and templates, approval process and campaigns.
·         Strong knowledge on to maintain Visualforce pages, Apex Triggers/Classes and AppExchange apps.
·         Maintain multiple user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, etc. Support train new end users on the salesforce.com application
·         Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues involving Support and Sales operations
·         Implementing and managing various complex sales, marketing and services business processes within Org
·         Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) technical/functional issues and resolve problems with senior members of management, including C-level executives.
·         Perform routine review of code, configuration, data, and usage to ensure long term viability, integrity, and adoption.  Make recommendations for enhancements and modifications to improve system performance, efficiency, internal business process, and reporting.
·         Identify SFDC usage problems and craft technical / communication plans to IT/business teams
·         Solid business analysis skill. Must have good inter-personal skills and be able to mentor & motivate team members
·         Must be comfortable in rapidly changing and sometimes ambiguous work situations. Keen attention to detail and complex problem solving abilities from operational and technical perspective.
·         Experience documenting and analyzing processes, procedures, and/or policies. Ability to handle full workload and meet proposed deadlines
 

 
Qualifications
·         BCA/MCA/B.Tech
·         4+ years of experience with technical implementations of CRM projects
·         2-3 years of experience functioning as a senior (or only) Salesforce.com administrator for Enterprise/Unlimited Edition (preferably at mid to large, multi-dimensional organization)
·         Salesforce.com Certification (ADM 201 or CON 201 or DEV 501) is strongly preferred.
·         Proficiency with Salesforce.com development including creation of standard and custom objects and fields etc.
·         Experience with technologies that work with Salesforce.com including: .Net, Sharepoint, jscript, Force.com platform
·         Good understanding of data structures, data modeling , db schema is required.
·         Experience in moving code from lower sandboxes to production environment and address issues related to functionality, integration, etc.
·         Experience with other CRM software (Siebel, Oracle etc.) a plus.
·         Experience with enterprise integration tools.
