HR Ops Specialist – HR App : HR Services

VACANCY AT:

Bangalore

QUALIFICATION: 

Any graduate or a post graduate ( Specialization in Human Resource is preferred )

EXPERIENCE: 

1 – 2 years

ESSENTIAL SKILLS: 

Job Expectations:

· Resolve issues/requests on calls as well as cater to e-mail requests that are addressed to GlobalHR

· Handle Tier-1 support queries and learn to handle Tier-2 requests that come in.

· Be a part of huddles, team meetings and one on one as and when required

· Take ownership of transitioning processes assigned and all responsibilities related to the process from there on even after process go live

· Coordinate with Team Leader/SME for Metrics and prepare monthly reports

· Compulsory participation in monthly MRs

· Conduct presentations for monthly MRs

· Follow up with Tier 3 via Tier-2 folks on pending issues

· All process escalations to be addressed through Tier-2s and any other escalations to Team manager.

· Attend all conference calls on the processes that are supported on the floor as and when appropriate.

Skill Requirement :

· Excellent communication skills

Willingness to work on Voice and Email Support
Willingness to work in ‘US shifts’ ( No rotation)

Desired Skill Set :

· Prior experience in an in-bound / out-bound call center

· Experience in an HR call center or HR helpdesk is preferred
