Extensive experience in Enterprise Application Development Core Java, Ajax, Jquery, Struts, Spring, HIbernate, HTML (Ajax and Jquery is a must)







Hands on experience in Designing and Implementing Design Patterns.



Extensive knowledge in at least 5 design patterns



Hands on experience is estimation & metrics



Experience in managing, leading and guiding a team technically



Knowledge in BFSI Domain is preferred



Excellent analytical and problem solving approach







Knowledge on Quality process implementation



Strong customer interaction skills / Client facing skills



Very good communication skills (Written & Oral)



Experience : 3 to 15 Years.



Role : SSE, Project Leads, Technical Leads, APM.



Work Location: Chennai.
