• At least 3 years experience in the IT industry with at least 2 years hands on experience in Oracle, Access (nice to have), VB .Net.
• The resource would be expected to work on the UI front as well as back end work in ORacle. It would be good for them to have Access skills as well.
• Communication competency expected is at least Level 3 as direct interaction with the customer is expected
