Experience: 6+yrs 
           JOB DESCRIPTION:
·          6+ yrs exp in Java/J2EE
·          Understands technical and functional design requirements
·          Experience in programming using Core Java, Struts framework, J2EE, EJB, XML,  XML Schema, XSL, XSLT
·          End to end knowledge on Designing, coding, and testing
·          Proficiency on Software Development Life-Cycle
·          Strong in SQL and PL/SQL
·          Experience in Windows, LINUX
·          Programming experience in medium to large scale projects
·          Understands design patterns
·          Should have played a lead role in designing at least 2 apps.

Database Administrator – 1 Position  
Experience: 4+ yrs 
            JOB DESCRIPTION:
·          Should have worked on mySQL, Oracle on Linux platform
·          Good  in  DB backups and setting up DB environments in less time depending on requirement.  
·          Versatile in using DB tools effectively to generate  reports to internal teams
·          Good trouble shooting skills to enhance DB performance
·          Should work closely with  development/support teams to enhance DB performance 
·          Should have used DBA tool Erwin for designing
·          Should understand DB design for different products
·          Install  and configure mySQL, Oracle on Linux machines
·          Should improve DB performance by applying performance tuning
·          Should take DB backups and run scripts to automate DB related back up process
·          Good in communication to interact within teams
·          Experience on Database Migration
·          Experience on Shell Scripting

Symbian/C++ resources– 2 positions
Experience: 2-6 yrs.
            JOB DESCRIPTION:
·         Strong C++ programming skills
·         good debugging skills
·         experience using software development processes.
·         working knowledge of UI design, networking, data structures, multitasking concepts, and operating systems basics
·         Programming in SymbianOS and S60 UI environment – Mandatory
·         Should have strong C++ and OOPS background
 
 
4.       Project Managers– 3 positions 
Experience: 8-10 yrs.
 
      Responsibilities include:
·         Defining the deliverables, resource requirements and work plan for the project and manage their development & delivery.
·         Directing & managing project development from beginning to end.
·         Defining project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals.
·         Identifying and managing project dependencies.
·         Planning and scheduling project timelines.
·         Proactively managing changes in project scope, identifying potential crisis and devise contingency plans
·         Performing work estimations and work allocation using different estimation techniques.
·         Handling direct communication with customers for reporting the project status and handling customer issues.
 
Candidate should
·         Have good technical skills in the area of J2EE and Databases.

Experience:        3+
 
·         Strong Development skills in Java, J2EE technologies 
·         Strong Development skills in SQL, PL/SQL and Oracle database
·         Exposure to Eclipse IDE would be preferable. 
·         Experience or any exposure to any reporting tool (e.g. Actuate, Cognos etc. ) would be an added advantage
·         Strong system and business analysis skills with excellent knowledge of project life cycle and application development process
·         Self-motivated with a proactive and outgoing personality
·         Strong analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skills
·         An adaptable team player, able to work under pressure in a dynamic working environment
·         Strong communication skills to handle people of different levels and functions, locally and overseas
