Role: Solution Architect (Min 4-6 years of relevant experience)

Summary of Title

Takes ownership of a solution for a large project to architect software solutions that solve the customer’s business problem and generate maximum value for customers.  A Solution Architect may work on multiple projects simultaneously within one industry, and/or may work on multiple applications.  The solution architect provides direction to the onsite team on the design and execution of the solution and definition of business process workflows that accompany the solution.

 

Education, Qualifications and Capabilities

·         Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other technical discipline with 6 years experience or MBA. in Operational Research or Management and 4+ years experience
·         Excellent computer skills with in-depth knowledge of UNIX, client/server technology, Windows NT, manufacturing ERP systems and systems integration
·         In-depth knowledge of i2 or similar products and templates and technical architecture requirements
·         Ability to develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with customers, partners and consultants
·         Strong communicator, able to influence and collaborate at all levels to maximize problem resolution whilst effectively presenting information and responding to highly specialized technical questions
·         Highly developed analytical skills, able to apply advanced mathematical concepts and mathematical operations to tasks as required
·         Ability to work independently and be effective/proactive in a relatively unstructured environment
·         Skilled in interpreting an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
·         Experienced in defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions

Requirements

·         4 or more years of experience in a functional discipline or industry or 4 years experience as a Senior Consultant with high levels of demonstrated performance
·         Hands on experience with several product solutions or experience in multiple industries in the areas of logistics, planning or scheduling
·         Must be able to travel extensively (minimum 70%)
·         Fluent business English



 
Role: Project Manger (7-10 years of relevant experience)

 

Education, Qualifications and Capabilities

·         Ensures that the project adheres to JDA policies, procedures, project  methodologies and quality standards.


·         Resolves project issues and manages risks to ensure that the project deliverables  are within the agreed budget, timeline, quality and scope.
·         Provides regular project communication and status reporting.
·         Manages project quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
·         Manages service engagement budgets, including travel expense budgets, and reviewing billing for all services engagements
·         Builds collaborative relationship that increases customer's perception of the value JDA brings to their business and expands future business opportunities
·         Leads project team in the resolution of customer project issues, escalating to appropriate parties as needed
·         Collaborates with appropriate JDA resources on customer's business, organization and culture to strengthen their credibility as trusted advisors
·         Generates Statements of Work and customer proposal documents


·         Achieve the projected margin on service engagements

·         Coordinates and facilitates system handover to Support Services
·         Works with Resource Controllers to plan long-term project resource requirements
·         Conducts performance reviews and provides guidance, feedback, coaching, mentoring and developmental experiences to project team.
·         Assesses project performance and documents and communicates lessons learned to increase institutional knowledge.


·         Establishes a strategic relationship with each customer that transcends the tactical implementation details, thus ensuring appropriate focus on longer-term customer objectives

Requirements

·         MBA in supply chain or Management
·         Fluent business English
·         Understand End to End Supply Chain Processes


 
Role: Technical Consultant  (Min 4-8 years of relevant experience)

Summary of Title

Takes ownership of the technical solution within a moderate sized project to provide the technical solutions including key areas such as integration, installation, systems optimization etc. that achieve maximum value for customers. Architects technical solutions to the appropriate needs for the customer, based on i2 application suite and customer’s IT environment. Ensures that the technical configuration is set up to meet customer’s IT requirements and technical capabilities.  A Technical Architect works on multiple projects simultaneously, providing direction to the onsite team on the design and execution of the solution.  Interacts with Integration Development teams and Product Marketing teams to influence future direction of the i2 solutions.
 

Education, Qualifications and Capabilities

 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with 4 years experience or M Sc / PhD. in Computer Science and 2 years experience
·         Excellent computer skills with in-depth knowledge of UNIX, client/server technology, Windows NT, manufacturing ERP systems and systems integration
·         Expertise in integration solutions of one or more i2 applications (integration to ERP systems, other i2 applications, etc.)
·         Strong up-to-date knowledge of programming languages, IT environments and middleware applications
·         Strong in Basics and advanced concepts of Core java and J2EE technologies
·         Ability to develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with customers, partners and consultants
·         Strong communicator, able to influence and collaborate at all levels to maximize problem resolution whilst effectively presenting information and responding to highly specialized technical questions
·         Skilled in technical problem resolution and effectively presenting information and responding to highly specialized technical questions
·         Highly developed analytical skills, able to apply advanced mathematical concepts and mathematical operations to tasks as required
·         Ability to work independently and be effective/proactive in a relatively unstructured environment
