Sr. Recruiters.

Requirement Details:
Post 1: Sr Recruiter (IT & Non-IT)
Qualification: Any Graduates
Experience: Min 2years 
Salary: Best in the industry

Post 2: Recruiter
Qualification: Any Graduates or MBA (HR)
Experience: Fresher for MBA (HR), 0-5mnths for Graduates
Salary: Best in the industry



Key duties include:
*Sourcing & Recruitment
*Interacting & coordinating with candidates / clients besides correspondence as required

*Administering tests
*Should be responsible for generating revenue for the company
*Interact with existing as well as new clients & maintaining client 
relationship.
*Database management

The candidates with any of the following key skills will have an advantage:
*Experience of working in a busy Executive Search & Selection, Headhunter or Recruitment 
environment
*Excellent organizational skills, able to make efficient use of the time and resources available, 
work on own initiative, think ahead and resolve problems.
*Excellent administrative skills with a methodical and meticulous approach to your workload.

*Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with top management.
*Computer literate, with a knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint along with
working on in house databases.
*Should be mature enough to handle a team.
Ideal Candidate must be:
*An enthusiastic team player with the confidence and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

*Take personal responsibility for making things happen with the ability to stay calm and
measured under pressure.
*Be willing and keen to learn.
