· You have been in your current position for at least 24 months.
· You have completed the CDP discussion with your manager.
· You have your manager’s approval to apply for Internal Mobility Program.
· You are not following a Performance Improvement Plan for your current position.
· You meet the qualifications listed for the position on the job posting.
HOW TO APPLY:
Log into MyBiz and click on the Employee Referral/Internal Mobility link (as shown in screenshot below).
Once you access RecruitNess, you are required to follow the following steps:
· Click on Find Jobs, enter the Position IDs (mentioned above) in the Keywords field.
