Skills Required
2 to 3 years BPM development experience required (AquaLogic perferred), 2-5 years portal development (WebLogic preferred), 3-5 years development support of applications running on J2EE application servers. Demonstrated ability developing complex applications leveraging EJB, JMS, AJAX and JSP. Working knowledge of J2EE application servers, XML, web technologies and associated protocols (HTTP, FTP, DNS, WWW, SSH, Telnet); portlets and portal technologies; familiarity with the configuration and operation of Windows OS. Understanding of software development life cycle methodology and change control processes. Must be proficient using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook). Candidate must have strong analytical and research skills; be proactive and able to operate independently as well as a cooperative member of a team consisting. Excellent written and oral communications skills necessary.

Performs coding, and unit/integration testing.
Use software development life cycle methodology as well as applying Object Oriented and J2EE patterns to develop new applications and enhance existing applications.solve application problems, and communicate status of commitments.
