Small summary of what this position requires
We need this person to demonstrate an ability to conduct research in a scientific manner. The first part of their job is looking over all our clients competitors in a systematic way and listing features that our clients should consider so sales can say "80% of your competitors apps have this feature, maybe you should add it in." Another major portion of their job is tracking the popularity of all our apps so we can say "75% of Atimi's apps reached to top-100".
We need this person to demonstrate an ability to conduct research in a scientific manner. The first part of their job is looking over all our clients competitors in a systematic way and listing features that our clients should consider so sales can say "80% of your competitors apps have this feature, maybe you should add it in." Another major portion of their job is tracking the popularity of all our apps so we can say "75% of Atimi's apps reached to top-100".
They have to be able to present this information in written form to our clients, and perhaps generate snippets (and later on, complete stories) for our website too.
Key Responsibilities
* Work closely and consultatively with the marketing, sales and Sr. Managers
* Compile and translate large amounts of data
* Use deep analysis to identify, strategize, and encourage action on new opportunities
* Develop goals and action plans for meetings and measuring these goals
* Develop queries, models, and procedures to generate ongoing analysis
* Develop analyses of client business trends and behaviors for strategic management
* Manage client data for use in strategic pricing, acquisition, and retention
* Take the lead on weekly, monthly and quarterly strategic reviews and presentations
* Ad-hoc reporting as necessary.
* Perform research and compile results utilizing data repositories (Web sites) to extract reports, trends and metrics for use in clients Creative and Marketing strategy.
* Prepare Internal and External client presentations
* Build and manipulate spreadsheets for analysis and reporting
* Using the results of the research and analytics, write and prepare Word or Excel documents that clearly provide information to Sr. management
* Position will not only report the results, but identify key pieces of information and present this in a manner that is clear, concise, and provides recommendations
* Participate in a wide variety of planning and research projects. Included will be secondary research, writing and preparation of sections of reports, Point of View documents and proposals.
* Other duties as assigned

Experience/Skills Required

* Advanced level Excel proficiency
* Intermediate or better Word proficiency
* Ability to work both independently as well as part of a team
* Ability to complete work with a high degree of accuracy
* Manage and complete projects with defined schedules
* Experience in analysis and/or research – with an emphasis in marketing
* Excellent analytic skills
