Following is the details :
Job Designation: Associate HR Trainee
We are looking for Associates who have maturity to handle HR Departments of organization (clients of Husys, the organizations which outsources HR department for a professional HR service).
The Role offered will be of HR Generalist, with learning & executing all the HR Aspects (Induction, Recruitments, Employee Relations, Performance appraisal, Training Coordination & Exit management etc.)
Exceptional performers will have opportunity to work with our senior consulting teams, who will be working OD Interventions & Process development for MNC’
Discipline of students Required: MBA Fresher with HR specialization (Both Major or Minor).
Salary Package : Rs. 1.4 to 2 Lakhs Annual Cost To Company (it will vary based on student’s experience and capabilities), review will be after one year based on the performance.
Selection Method: Group Discussion , Group Interview , Personal Interview
2 years mandatory service Agreement from students who are shortlisted.
The venue of Campus selection would be at CBIT Campus, Gandipet on 4th February, 2012 at 10:00 am.
