1. BPO Non Voice: (Job Code - Non Voice)

· Fresh B.Com, BA & BHM graduates with 60% plus marks throughout the academics (2011 batch only)

· 12-18 months of experience in backend operations or customer service

· Good decision maker

· Willingness to work in different time zones

· Candidates with good knowledge of MS- Office & Typing skills

· Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

· Excellent eye for detail, energetic & positive attitude

The following candidates need not apply:

· BE / B.Tech / MCA/ MBA

· Candidates with less than 1 year in the current company

· Candidates who have worked with 3 or more companies and possess only 2 years experience

· Candidates who have applied in the last 6 months
