Partner Sales
o    Owns region for developing partner expertise and enablement to drive Networking business in region
o    Promotes HP offerings to become a key part of the partner's business and solutions; May be brought by partner to sell HP brand to end-customers
o    Transactional and relationship selling working within, and influencing,  a team of selling professionals
o    Creates, fills-in and manages HP funnel for deals with partners and transforms potential leads into joint sales activities
Business Planning
o    Manages complex data and business analyses to develop business plans and make recommendations
o    Works independently to construct complex statistical and financial models to forecast business performance
o    Defines the metrics required to measure business performance, compares actual data to forecasted values, and develops the process for identifying and addressing performance gaps
o    Works closely with business leaders to develop business plans based on historical and forecasted data and reports
Regional Manager
o    Sales coverage - Builds well targeted business plans and strategies
o    Account Planning - Assists in planning sales strategy; manages the internal processes in support of sales reps and selling activities’
o    Pipeline management - Builds, monitors and orchestrates sales pipelines
o    Deal management - Reviews deals to ensure soundness and problem-free processing by HP back-end operations
o    Business acumen - Exhibits base level of business, financial and legal acumen
o    Strategic sales planning & implementation - Orchestrates the development of strategic sales plans that reflect HP's business strategy
Quality Program
o    Responsible for conducting or participating in multi-disciplinary process quality improvement/reengineering, redesign of processes for implementation of quality processes in every area of the company: engineering, manufacturing, service, administration, and Sales related processes etc
o    Serves as the internal consultant of the business or functional area Quality Leadership Team to coach and provide direction in order to achieve desired business results
HP Software Sales
o    Develop and meet sales revenue for HP SW Business in Commercial segment (Non-named /Enterprise) Accounts and partner business development and sales
o    Assigned Region- West, with base in Mumbai
o    Managing Value added Distributors (VAD's) for meeting Revenue/aspire targets
o    Contributes to proposal development, negotiations and deal closings
o    Establishes relationships with customer/partner at all organizational levels; able to interface with senior levels in internal and external groups
Enterprise Account Manager
o    Builds strong professional working relationships with the Telecom client
o    Leverages executive sponsors and other HP resources to strengthen HPs relationship and credibility with client influencers and decision makers
o    Engages and manages team members in presales, sales specialists and inside sales to support complex deals.
o    Effectively engages and leverages executive sponsors.
o    Engages HP sales specialists, channel and alliance partners to fully leverage HPs portfolio and improve win rate of selective deals.
o    Interfaces with both internal and external industry experts to anticipate client needs and facilitate solution development.
o    Years of Exp:12 to 14
Solution Architect
o    Working as the Practice Leader within the Critical Facilities Services (CFS) to develop and provide technical support on a range of mission critical facility projects
o    This will entail pursuit of and winning new projects and liaison with other internal departments within the organization. It will also involve mobilizing projects, assembling project teams, working as a project director and providing technical and management of the local CFS team
India Commercial
o    Get engaged with sales teams at time of pre-bid stage
o    Understand Terms & Conditions & negotiate where needed, to HP's advantage
o    Work with sales to ensure that contracts are signed in accordance with HPs non standard terms & conditions policy
o    Participate & contribute in customer negotiations
o    Conduct periodical compliance audit for Ts&Cs
o    Years of Exp:6 to 10
