He/She should be a quick learner and open to learning new technologies in

related areas and must be a hands-on individual contributor to the development

effort.

ï‚•ï€ Proficiency in distributed computing and web technologies like J2EE.

ï‚•ï€ Proficiency in web application development and web Design Patterns

ï‚•ï€ Awareness of design documentation and usage of modeling using UML.
