The Production engineer is responsible for Weekly and monthly data loads, Customer support services at clients web-based analytical solutions via programming customizations, corrections and enhancements. This person will provide technical support, trouble shoot and repair customer issues for the client product lines.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for weekly and monthly data loads using scripts
2. Responsible for providing technical support coverage in night shift and on a rotation basis ie from 9 to 6 /5 AM to 2 PM/1 PM afternoon to 10 PM
3. Program corrections/enhancements to the product lines
6. Have good cross department communication and relationships.

SKILL SET NEEDED
1. 3 - 8 years of work experience with Netezza / Teradata
2. Expertise in writing SQL Queries
3. Basic understanding of shell scripts and UNIX commands
4. Attention to detail and strong problem solving skills
5 . Good communication skills
