Job Responsibilities:
|
- Perform ongoing analysis of medical record charts for the appropriate coding compliance.
- Coder is responsible for meeting daily production goal of 6 charts per hour.
- Coder is responsible for meeting quality coding goal of averaging 95% accuracy rate on a monthly basis.

Desired Skills :
|
- A minimum of 6 months of professional coding experience required; HCC coding experience is also desired.
- We would prefer candidates with CPC – A certification. However, we are also open to hiring non-certified coders with a minimum of 6 months of professional coding experience.
* Candidates should be comfortable working in 2:30PM to 12:00AM shift
