Referral Walk In on 31- March -2012   Dear Associates, Refer a Friend for Retail Consulting Team and Reap Rewards.   Role: Technical Consultant (Min 2-5 years of relevant experience)   Works as a member of a consulting team or as an individual Technical Consultant on for-fee product implementation, enhancement, integration, or audit projects normally at customer’s site.   The Consultant exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.  When not actively involved in a project, the Consultant will engage in internal training and/or in implementation support activities, or internal development projects.   Location: Bangalore or Hyderabad   Core Technical Skills:   •             Able to function effectively across tasks using directed tools, methodologies and equipment without frequent reference to other people •             Must have worked in Enterprise applications domain (e.g. Retail, SCM, ERP etc) – preferably in retail •             Expert in Database programming/Data Modeling using Oracle PLSQL. •             Familiar with a programming language (e.g. Java, C++) •             Familiar with operating systems (e.g. Windows NT, UNIX) •             Familiar with application software (e.g. Office Packages)   Education, Qualifications and Capabilities   •             Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering (BE/B Tech /M Tech/MCA) •             Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a consulting environment. •             Strong analytical skills, particularly in requirements, resolution, and quality assurance •             Proven ability to identify potential problems/outstanding tasks, and find solutions •             Highly developed organizational skills.   Requirements •             Travel
