Role and Responsibility
· Own the QA automation and be responsible for all the Acceptance of the deliverables
· Implement processes and methodologies in Automation
· Lead review activities (from test plans to test cases)
· Review and release all automation deliverables
· Macro level estimates and scheduling with the help of team members
· Allocate tasks and track as per project plan
· Ensure defect tracking and closure
· Understand the Kazeon automation requirements, test cases and supporting documents
· Provide direction to the team members on managing day-to-day activities and adhering to project deliverable due dates
· Responsible for ramping up team members in QA automation and execution
· Reporting Program Status to Kazeon Management
· Get approvals on Scope Management and Change Requests \
· Participate in process improvement and implementation and adhere to the process
Demonstrated Experience
Experience in Selenium automation tool a plus.
