Job Description	We would like to meet Business Systems Analysts with minimum 5 years experience along with proficiencies in the following areas:    ·     Systems Analyst with 5-8 years experience  ·     Web based project experience is mandatory  ·     Exposure to analyzing web applications  ·     Unified Modeling Language (UML)  ·   Software system analysis and design  ·   Assist in formulating and defining system scope, objectives and       systems workflow based on requirements  ·   Assist in diagramming business processes and system       workflows    ·   Assist in evaluating design of existing systems to judge their      functionality, effectiveness, reliability, performance, usage,      maintainability and cost of ownership  ·   Participates in research to identify effective solutions design  ·   Traces system specifications to requirements to business       objectives   ·   Assist in the preparation and execution of system integration tests
