o    Performing Installation, Configuration, and troubleshooting for Redhat and SuSe Linux
o    SAN configuration and troubleshooting on Linux Servers
o    Handling troubleshooting issues like booting, rpm package, User management, backup, system performance   etc…

HPUX Technical
Solutions Consultant
o    Expert in HPUX solutions and technologies to investigate and determine issues that customers encounter during the use of these products
o    Minimum 10 of years experience in supporting enterprise Unix customers
o    Technical Skills: HPUX LVM/VxVM, Virtual Partitions, MC/Service Guard, HPVM, ICAP, HPWBEM, HPUX System crash dump analysis, HPUX Performance and Tuning, HPUX Networking / Ignite – UX, HPUX Fibre Channel  Knowledge and Administration, SAN with Unix hosts
o    ER Bonus Points: 1000
Technical Solutions
Cons III
(Linux Admin)
o    Expert in Linux solutions and technologies to investigate and determine issues that customers encounter during the use of these products
o    Bachelor’s degree (or Equivalent) in Engineering or Computer Science
o    At least four and preferable five or more years experience in supporting enterprise customers
o    Practical troubleshooting skills on RedHat, SuSe operating systems and associated layers
Asset Management/
Centre Support
o    Experience in OpenView Asset centre tool as an enabler of overall asset mgmt service
o    Good understanding of Asset management processes and service
o    Being able to work effectively as part of a virtual team
o    General IT skills including experience in working with UNIX and Windows servers, SQL
o    ER Bonus Points: 750
OVSC Administrator
o    Strong administrative knowledge of Open-view Service Center
o    Good understanding of ITIL processes specially service support processes
o    Create, modify forms using wizards and manually
o    Solve complex problems related to the workflow of the Service center
o    5- 8 years of experience

OMU Support
o    Must have experience in handling  Operations Manager for Windows Administration Task
o    Deploy/configure standard monitoring solutions and/or SPI’s as required from OMW administration console Troubleshooting issues with OVO agents and OMW Management server related issues
o    Proficient knowledge on Windows OS

Client Engineering
o    4+ yrs -  Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7 OS
o    1+ yrs : Coding in VB Script, Wise Package Studio or InstallShield or similar Windows Installer authoring tool
o    1 + yrs : SMS/SCCM Application Wrapping
o    Working knowledge and support of Intel PC architecture
o    Windows OS certifications (MSCE, MCP, etc.)
o    Write custom scripts / programs (VBScript, batch files, WMI, SQL Query language

Delivery Lead/
and Collaboration L3
o    B.E/B TECH, MCA (Mandatory), MCTS with Exchange certification, ITIL – V3 (Mandatory)
o    This position will be responsible for providing DL / L3 support on Messaging Exchange, OCS, and Share Point Servers for HP Customers
o    Good understanding of Exchange 2007 / 2010, Communication LCS / OCS / LYNC, Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2003
o    Minimum 8 + years of experience working in AD, DNS, Messaging Environment, Demonstrated experience (minimum 5 years of experience) in maintaining and supporting Exchange at the server level in an enterprise environment
o    ER Bonus Points: 500
