Experience : Minimum 7+ Years relevant experience
Skills / Abilities:
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in Banking Domain
• At least 7+ years of working experience in J2EE, Portlet Development and Portal Solutions in large/complex environments for a client with Global presence.
• In depth Architecture knowledge in ESB, EAI and integration areas
• Excellent experience/skills in Business Requirement Gathering, Requirement Analysis, and Developing Functional design document, providing the functional expert suggestions to the overall team, Issue tracking and closure effort and production roll out.
• Excellent experience in developing the Test cases, Test scripts to perform the Unit and System tests.
• Excellent experience in supporting the UAT cycle and take all the issues to the closure state.
• Excellent client handling, team working and learning skills
• Ability to plan and deliver the assigned work independently and provide the recommendation to the customer in terms of process improvements / productivity improvements.
• Should be able to lead the team of Technical & functional consultants in onsite/offshore delivery model
• Should be able to provide the road map on the production releases and organize the teams and activities in a well appropriate manner
• Should be able to conduct the Client meetings independently and be responsible for the Communication and Status Reporting to the client Project Manager
Work Location: HYDERABAD
Duration: 1 year
