Job Description - for Oracle ERP Practice Head – Location : Bangalore
· Candidate should have minimum 15-20 years of experience in ERP (Oracle E-Business Suit).
· Experience in managing Oracle ERP practices Oracle application mini 5 years is must.
· Gather market intelligence and identify prospective customers or assess cross sell opportunities in current clients.
· Assess prospect needs and effectively pitch appropriate service offerings (Consulting, Implementation, Upgrade, Support etc.
· Anchor the 'sale' process, working with Tech sales team, client and the package practices.
· Help teams close the sale and ensure effective project initiation. Build long-term relationships to ensure strong revenue pipeline.
· Manage entire Oracle EBS practice and work on the future road map within the Within the Company .
· Analyze, design, and solve client's application needs.
· Define the scope and gather clients' business requirements and Create "to-be" business process designs.
· Work with the project manager to manage delivery of solutions on time and within budget.
· Assist Project Managers with managing all business requirements & solutions for the project.
· Within the Company management using the client & internally defined communication methods.
· Utilize experience and skill to solve a wide range of difficult problems.
· Able to perform business process and functional audits and provide suggestions to improve the use of team to meet the client's needs.
· Detailed level understanding of solution functionality.
· Ensure proper Document deliveries for each and every project tasks.
· Arrange training programs internal or external as and when required.
· Ensure meeting production support SLA and stabilization for all existing and new support projects.
Desired profiles
1. International exposure is must.
2. Experience in managing Oracle ERP practices Oracle applications is must.
3. Willing to travel to KSA based on project (Max is 1-3 months).
