• Strong in performance testing methodologies, including conducting a performance risk assessment, developing repeatable test scripts using appropriate test data, baselining / benchmarking performance, designing test scenarios to mimic various load conditions, and leading a team of technical resources through the iterative process of testing and tuning. 
• Experience in Point of Sale architectures is preferred. 
• Strong experience in HP QuickTest Professional, including the following fundamentals: object management / descriptive programming, developing modular VBScript functions, script synchronization, functional verification, and exception handling. 
• Independently documents and presents test strategies / plans to project and business leaders. 

• Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills with IT and Business audiences. 
• Excels at working in a project environment and on cross-functional teams. 
• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience. 
• 5+ years experience in software testing
