Worked as a Sr CSE in HDFC Bank Ltd since June 2009 to July 2010
Currently Associated with ICICI Bank as a Sales Officer since July 2010 to till date.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Achieve sales CASA targets and providing Customer service.
  • Relationship Management for a Portfolio of customers Responsible for Cross Sell & enhancing relationship with existing customers.
  • Selling of asset products like Car Loan, Home loan from Existing  CASA. customers
  • Deepening of existing CASA relationships.
  • Generation of referrals from internal database.
  • Customer acquisition & cross sell to walk in & out bound customers
  • Report Generation & filing like I-Kits, Credit cards..
  • Generate business and cross sell all products and services of the Bank Like Bank Guaranty, Cash credit, key loans , OD for Existing Current A/c Customers
  • Enhance the value of existing accounts of CASA customers.
  • Retention of accounts.
  • To achieve the set productivity norms for banking and for TPP offerings of the organization
  • Offering Family banking A/c to Existing HNI Customers like youngsters A/c Woman’s A/c , Senior Citizens A/c ….etc  
  • Follow-up the HNI Customers for CASA float at time of month end    
  • Guiding the customer for bill payment through ICICI Bank A/c
