Profile Software Quality Assurance (SQA)
Skills Required
- Worked in the past as SQA for various types of projects – development
(custom built, packages), maintenance (application & infrastructure) & testing.
As a SQA should have performed following activities:
1. Tailoring Quality Management System (QMS) as per client / project
requirements.
2. Process facilitation to the project team.
3. Independent process implementation reviews & timely escalation of
process-gaps.
4. Project metrics analysis using statistical techniques.
5. Defect prevention activities.
6. Good knowledge on ITIL, ISO20000, ISO9001, CMMI (for Development) , CMMI
(for Services) & 6 Sigma.
7. Good communication skills – verbal & written.
8. Good at imparting process related training.
9. CSQA, ITIL, 6 Sigma certification would be an added advantage.
10. Is ready to join within a month.
Experience Required 4 to 8 years
Work Location Mumbai
