- Basic knowledge in Shell Unix Script, Windows (DOS) and Sybase SQL commands.
- Basic knowledge in any job schedulers like Autosys.
- Knowledge in financial products such as deriviatives, FX will be an advantage;
- Experience in supporting similar activity on Capital market environment;
- Excellent English communications skills;
- Possesses high level of motivation and eagerness to learn;
- Goal oriented and responsive to issues and user queries/requests.

JOB Responsibilities: -
As part of a Batch Operation team, the main focus is to ensure all batches for all the regions (Feeders, Reporting, etc.) are delivered as timely as possible.
- Ensure that continuous monitoring of End of Day (Batch) activities.
- Daily monitoring of critical batch processes and pro-actively schedule or re-schedule the jobs, resolving any process failures.
- Communicate important issues/experience as part of handover/takeover between support sites and teams.
- Continuous monitoring and rectification of interface issues.
- Produce customize reports when required by business or auditing.
- Liaise with respective Technical and Batch Analyst teams for any major version releases and ensure quick recovery/support is in place prior to these upgrades.
- Constantly facilitate communication between Tech, Batch Analyst teams and users so as to ensure that competencies is maintained within the team and timely update to users on their requests/issues;
- Adhere to Service Level Agreement in terms of meeting responsive support actions and escalation;
