Special Employee Referral Program to recruit Freshers from 2010 batch

Dear Colleagues,




India COE is looking for Young, Vibrant and Dynamic Engineering Graduates to be a part of EMC. We are looking at people for positions with our Engineering Teams and Global Services Team .

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR THE SELECTION PROCESS



Please do not send profiles of candidates who do not meet the below criteria.





Year of Passing





Candidates who will be graduating in 2010 alone will be considered.







Academic Performance



60 % and above in Std. X, XII & 65% and above in Engineering.







Disciplines



BE/ BTech – CS, IT, IS and ECE branches only. Other disciplines won’t be considered for this process.





Colleges considered



Preference will be given to students who are from the Top Engineering Colleges.







EMC Proven Professional (EMCPP) certified candidates preferred.





How to Apply

Please send the suitable resumes to freshers_india@ emc.com only with the subject line as “Fresher _ Name of the candidate” on or before 30th July. Resumes received through email id’s of EMC Associates will be given first priority. This recruitment will not fall under the Referral Bonus scheme.



The referred candidates who will be short listed for the test would be intimated directly about the selection process within the next 4 weeks.



Selection Process





The selection process involves a test for candidates who meet the criteria. Candidates who clear this test will then be short listed for a technical interview followed by a HR interview at a later date.





Please Note





· The test will be conducted at a venue located outside the EMC campus.



· Candidates will have to come to Bangalore to participate in this test. We will not be conducting tests in other locations.



· The logistical costs to attend the test and interviews, if short listed will have to be borne by the candidates. EMC will not be reimbursing any expenses in this regard.
