We are pleased to inform you that we have an opening for Business Analyst position with one of our big brand US based client.
Job Description:-
Total Exp- 3-6 yrs
Job Location- Bangalore
Qualification:- Bachelor or Master's degree with 60%+ scoring in Last Qualification.
Level:Consultant/Senior Consultant
Domain:- Proven experience as a Business Analyst and exposed to following areas:
1. Trade Life-Cycle - Understand and able to articulate the different stages of a trade life cycle
2. Experience in at least one of the following areas:-
Foreign Exchange (FX), Derivatives (exchange traded/ OTC), Swaps, Equities, Fixed Income, Risk(credit, market), Compliance, Regulatory Reporting
Functional Experienced:-
* Able to leadership support across multiple global programs and projects
* Work within a global operating model to ensure that work is transparent and understood and updates are provided accordingly to regional and global management teams
* Create and chair appropriate forums (such as steering committees, governance, etc) to drive programs forward, provide status updates and escalate/resolve issues
* Manage a motivated and strong performing regional staff and establish global relationships with senior face-offs across the US and UK
* Develop strong relationships with IT and Operation colleagues to design, develop and implement solutions and define the future state vision
* Mentor and develop junior team members
* Clear understanding of Software Development life cycle (SDLC)
* Exposure to Agile methodology with requirements capturing using use cases and feature driven methods.
* Experience in documenting and executing test strategies, test plan and functional test cases.
* Create/Review business requirements documents for completeness, clarity, assumptions, issues, etc.
* Maintain issue log; coordinate and support communications surrounding both systems and business user acceptance for assigned project(s)
* Capability to works with customers and global teams to establish and maintain a consistent delivery.
* Ability to work closely in a team environment is highly recommended.
Technical Skills:-
* Basic understanding of Visio, UML, BRD's, Quality Centre, JIRA Others
* Excellent written and verbal English.
