Job Title: Quality Engineer
Education: BE/B. Tech/MCA
Technology: Automation testing - Silk
Experience: 3 to 6 Years
Profile -
1. He should have 3-6 years of overall experience in testing Web applications
2. The experience should include working on web Automation framework like Silk for at least 2-3 years
3. He should be able to define test strategy, create test plan and design test suite
4. His experience should include testing web applications on various browsers and OS
5. He should have at least an year of exposure to mobile testing and Automation (using Robotium, Instruments or other scripting)
6. He should be proficient in doing client communication and coordination.
Role:
*Proficiency in Automation testing
*Proficiency in Framework designing
*Good understanding of program logic
*Ability to handle Test Automation assignment
*Ability to create Test strategy
*Proficiency in creating Test plan and Test cases
*Proficiency in Black Box testing
*Significant exposure to web based UI & DB related testing
*Excellent team player and self-motivator
*Excellent Communication Skills and experienced in Client Handling
Would not entertain IGNOU or SMU pass-outs, nor distance education
Should have 60% in all
