Number - 504415 Grade - 26  Job Description: Create, Update and maintain the BPO ETL (Extraction, Transformation & Loading) system using both SAS code and by creating new workflows and components in Data Rush. Handle custom process change requests from BPO clients. Support production processes in a timely manner. Document new and existing processes as well as changes to them. Write SAS programs that use health insurance claims data, eligibility and various other data types. Create data sets that combine multiple data sets. Perform data cleansing, transformation, aggregation, summarization as needed to support the software products. Investigate data quality issues and research data (business logics, any transformation being done) as needed. Qualifications: Total years of experience of required - 4 - 6.5 years 4+ years of ETL, including functional specification, analysis and design. 4+ years of experience using SAS (Base, Macros, SQL, Access). 2+ years of writing advanced data step and macro code 3+ years of experience with healthcare data (claims, eligibility, etc.). 4 + years of experience designing and coding enterprise level ETL processing. 4+ years of experience with SQL Server with strong SQL Query skills. Experience with Sub Version Source Control. Experience in unit testing code as well as performing peer code reviews. Demonstrated research, debugging and analysis skills. MS Office proficiency. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. A Bachelor's degree in public health, computer science, mathematics or related field preferred. · Knowledge of HIPPA requirements a plus. Req.
