Financial planning and analysis for the E&T and ES division of MCD. 2. Preparation of Annual operating plans, forecasts. 3. Drive revenue forecasting and identification of risks 4. Review of actual performance and tracking against plans. Taking corrective actions for margin improvements. 5. Tracking of financial drivers and working with business units for meeting plans. 6. Pricing framework. 7. Monthly management reporting and Quarterly board reporting packs.   Demonstrated Experience 1. Experience in Financial planning and analysis 2. Good communication 3.
