Job Description:
1. Must Have
Conversant with writing Uses Cases and Functional Requirements
Can elaborate requirements from BRD
Strong Analytical skills - Ability to analyze requirements from both client and
developer perspective, ability to keep the larger picture in mind.
Excellent communication skills
Working knowledge of requirement gathering processes
High level technical understanding of different types of applications and the
typical needs of such applications. i.e. - windows and web applications. It is
more about how much awareness one has about the technical challenges
Good Understanding of Entity relationship diagrams/ domain models and process
flows
Manages and analyzes business requirements with the ability to prioritize during
changes and conflicts.
Can independently facilitate user groups and drive consensus.
Possesses knowledge of different estimation techniques with the ability to use
at least one.
Ability to provide and review estimates at the project level.
Should be able to work independently and mentor and lead other BAs.
Healthcare knowledge and experience
Agile process experience
2. Nice to have
Knowledge of various processes like RUP, PMI and Scrum
Ability to write and review test cases and test strategy
Domain knowledge of US Healthcare industry
