#1. QA Engineer - Software Engineer
• 3 - 5 years experience in QA activities.
• Should have good experience in Functional Testing Methodologies and Strategies.
• Should have experience of testing Web based applications.
• Good analytical and reasoning skills.
• Should have knowledge of Database like Oracle, SQL Server.
• Good exposure to SDLC, STLC
• Experience in Writing Test Plan/ Test cases. Knowledge of Black-box testing
techniques is essential.
• Exposure to Agile Testing Process is an added advantage.
• Should be familiar with Bug tracking tools like Bugzilla,Merant Tracker, Remedy,
clear quest.
• Web Services/XML testing skills is an added advantage.
• Exposure to scripting is a must.
• Experience in release process would be preferable.
• Should be familiar with Unix environment.

• At least 5 years experience working in a Quality Assurance / Quality Analyst / Software
Tester position.
• Experienced in the design of test coverage and the creation of manual tests.
• Experienced in creating test plans and test strategies.
• Experienced in Software Testing, with excellent knowledge of the tools, techniques
(black box testing techniques) and processes involved.
• Experience of working within structured software development lifecycle methodologies.
• Familiar with Mercury TestDirector, or similar software test management tools.
• Familiar with Bugzilla, or comparable defect tracking tools.
• Experience working in a fast paced E-Commerce environment.
• Experience with QTP, Selenium, and other Automation testing tools
• At least 5 years experience working in a Quality Assurance / Quality Analyst / Software
