Business Process Analyst 
Business Process Analyst will support reporting, data collection, and 
documentation to support reporting, data collection, and analysis needs for 
United’s IE Center Analysis.

Job Responsibilities: 
A.       VEPS Implementation Support
o       Provide SharePoint support for Transactions SharePoint points of contact 
(POC)
o        Assess and monitor center compliance to VEPS SharePoint Protocols
o        Conduct Effective Meeting Assessments for VEPS communication controls 
as directed by United
o        Provide feedback to leadership on communication performance
o        Help train global employees on the VEPS practices and procedures
B.       Process Documentation Initiative 
o        Provide SharePoint support for Transactions SharePoint points of 
contact (POC)
o        Assess and monitor center compliance to VEPS SharePoint Protocols
o        Conduct Effective Meeting Assessments for VEPS communication controls 
as directed by United
o        Provide feedback to leadership on communication performance
o        Help train global employees on the VEPS practices and procedures
C.      General Industrial Engineering Activities
o        Carrying out Work Sampling and Time and Motion Study measurement and 
analysis
o        Aggregation of Time and Motion materials, analysis, and results
o        Creation of documentation to include data collection methodology, 
process documentation, analysis strategy and corresponding training 
documentationFinalize data collection analysis for reporting materials
o        Creation of documentation to include final reports, process 
documentation, trainingdocumentation, and deployment materials
o        Completion of deliverables on a daily basis as specified by manager
Under the direction and guidance of the Industrial Engineering manager, the 
Industrial
>Engineering support activities will include surveys and collection of workforce 
>and workflow
>data for building standards, metrics, and management controls as well as develop 
>and finalize all
>reports and documentation pertaining to assessment and analysis results, 
>operating, training and
>deployment. The deliverables for the initiative will be as per the United 
>Healthcare process. The
>scope of tools to be used in maintaining, running, and streamlining reports Ms 
>Word, Ms Excel,
>MS Visio, Minitab (or equivalent) and Ms PowerPoint.
>Note: VEPS stands for Value Engineered Performance System and is UnitedHealth 
>Group’s
>management system. 

Desired Profile: 
* Has to be a graduate in Industrial Engineering or Mathematics or Statistics 
* 2- 3 years of experience, preferably in the ITES/ BPO industry 
* Good communication skills 
* Should have worked on Process Re-engineering, Time & Motion concepts, Process 
documentation
