Siebel Business Analyst



Skills Required

Primary Skills: Siebel Business Analysis, Configuration, Integration







Understand customer’s business requirements, Interpret, map current and future state business processes to the Siebel solutions being implemented, and develop plans to address functional gaps between the application and the redesigned processes

Develop a depth of implementation experience to address multiple integration points between functions, related interface and data conversion issues, and expanded setup and configuration requirements

Develop high level application flows to support the business requirements

Help to translate functional requirements into detailed design documents. Work with functional and technical teams to determine optimal usage of the Oracle Siebel Vertical data models.

Develop user-level business processes and metrics used to measure Siebel performance from a functional, data model, and data interface standpoint.

Should have worked on Campaign, Lead Management and other Marketing modules

Identify gaps with Siebel 7.x /8x processes when laid against a business process

Create detailed process flows and developed high-level screen designs that map steps within a process to actual views in Siebel

Develop technical design specifications including screens, views, applets, reports and web templates

Create the system test plan and scenarios to facilitate user acceptance. Identify process metrics used to measure performance against organizational goal

Performs / supports the impact evaluation of Change Requests and Rework for functional aspects

Show a very high technical comfort level of the Siebel Architecture

Individual must be Siebel 7.7 or later Certified/Siebel BA certified with at least 4+ years of hands on configuration, integration and product demonstration experience

FS domain experience is preferable

Earlier experience on Siebel claims, customer, employee portals is preferable
