Skills Required:

General Summary: The Automation engineer is responsible for developing automated tests using QTP and testing based on GSM testing standards. Primarily focusing on the environment set-up and testing of the roaming applications using the established testing methodology by participating in, and supporting all required activities to ensure all process controls are adhered to and completed in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

General

o 4 to5 years Software Engineering experience, including 4+ years experience working in a QTP testing environment preferred

• Good experience in manual testing

o Formal software testing methodologies

o Integration testing

o Conformance testing

o Module and Functional testing

o Document inspections & reviews

o Strong troubleshooting and error analysis skills

o Strong understanding of GSM standards and testing methods

o Good interpersonal skills
