· Design and create test plans within area of responsibility
· Define risks that may impact the schedule. Suggest actions to eliminate risks.
· Strong customer orientation skills for show stopper issues
· Should be able to work independently on medium to complex issues.
· Must have working experience on Windows and Unix platforms(All Flavors) and basic database knowledge.
· Initiative in learning new techniques and technologies
· Maintain documentation as appropriately required on the project
· Good team work, excellent communications skills in English (written & spoken)
· BPPM or Monitoring products background preferred. Experience with IBM Tivoli, Net cool and HP Open View will be huge plus.
