PSFT HCM Techno-Functional	PSFT Ent_HCM/Core HRMS Functional expert in PeopleSoft HCM (Payroll Interfaces, TAM, e-compensation, e-Performance, Core HR) and PeopleSoft ELM is preferred. PeopleSoft Portal exposure is an added advantage.  Should have worked on Enhancements and Support projects. Considering daily interaction with the client, good communication skills is a must. Scope would be to deal with functional issues for day to day Production Support and/or design for Enhancements. He would be working in shared pool. Scope of work wouldl include resolving the CEMLI Break-Fix issues as per SLAs, developing NEW customizations as per client's requirement, coordinating with OnDemand for RFC Scheduling etc. Should be willing to work in night shifts.	6	7	BLR
