Job Description:

·         Define business needs by analyzing and documenting business processes; includes research, planning, writing user cases and project overviews, plus any supporting documentation 
 Build strong partnership with customers to ensure operational cohesion and effective foundation for future growth.

·         
 Facilitate meetings in the business area to review business processes and identify information system requirements and/or needs

·         
 Collect and Document Business & System Requirements

·         
Based on requirements and data elicitated define scope the project and technical domain for the solution supporting the pre-sales and development teams

·         
Develop as-is and to-be business process flows and data models required

·         
Prepare project and system-related documentation consistent with standards and procedures outlined in the applicable development methodologies
