| Education, Qualifications and Capabilities · MBA or Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 4 to 8 years experience. · Ability to develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with customers, partners and consultants · Strong communicator, able to influence and collaborate at all levels to maximise problem resolution whilst effectively presenting information and responding to highly specialised technical questions · Ability to work independently and be effective/proactive in a relatively unstructured environment · Proficient with own specialisation within the JDA business (e.g. Integration, Supply Chain Management, Operational research) |

| Education, Qualifications and Capabilities |
| · Engineering in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Operational Research, Management or other related disciplines. |
| · 4 to 8 years of experience in as a Consultant with high levels of demonstrated performance. · Technical Consultant on for-fee product implementation, enhancement, integration, or audit projects normally at customer’s site. |
| · Must have excellent knowledge in one or more skills in either Oracle,PL/SQL or J2EE Platform, UNIX (AIX/Solaris/HPUX) environments. |
