Job Description

• 4-9 years of software project/product development experience in scalable

client server windows architecture or multi tier web applications

• Java/J2EE with some framework exposure like Struts/spring. Knowledge of

Hibernate and rich web technologies like rich faces/JSF etc..

• Should have good understanding of database design and SQL .Experience in

Oracle 10G database.

• Exposure to enterprise application development, support and integration

issues.

• Strong leadership and people management capabilities with capacity to take on

ownership and responsibilities of delivery of subsystems/modules.

• Good communication skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Object Oriented Design documentation using UML

• Eclips,Tomcate5. x or higher

• AT least 2+ yrs of JSF,JAVA,Servlet, Hibernate

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and architect software modules and applications in the powersystem

domain.

• Delivery responsibility for the software modules or projects assigned from

time to time.

• Provide solution frameworks and reusable components for various projects and

product developments PRDC is engaged in.

• Work closely with developers to enable good software code delivery . Provide

guidance to the developers on the frameworks and code .

• ISO related activities

• Assist in POC, technical evaluations and technical marketing support.

• Assist the management in recruitments and team building activities.

• Active Customer support and customer interactions in technical aspects of the

project
